Here's how to register and enroll for summer program field trips using Hibox.
Step 1 - Create Parent/Guardian Account
You will first add information about yourself as a parent/guardian.
Make sure your email and phone number that you enter are accurate so that you can get email and text confirmations!
Note: Here’s a picture so you know what to look for. You’ll notice there are multiple sections that you’ll need to complete.
Step 2 - Add youths
Click "+ Add another child" to add more kids, highlighted in RED below. Once you're done, you can continue to the next steps.
Step 3 - Sign Splash Down Consent Form
After you're done adding all the kids, fill out consents for everyone, including yourself. This is just the way our system is working currently, and if you end up joining us, you will have your waiver signed!
You're Not Done Yet!
You should automatically be re-directed to the Client Portal but if you are not, go to your email inbox and spam folder to check for your account confirmation sent from Hibox for Nonprofits.
Step 4 - View Current Enrollments
You just signed up for Splash Down, so you will see your youths names under "Splash Down". This means they are enrolled for this field trip.
NOTE: Here is a picture of what the Portal looks like. You will see blinking red dots next to consent forms, which shows that you have consent forms to fill out!
Step 5 - Sign Consent Forms
Click on the Consent Forms button. You can sign all consent forms for all field trips and Just One on the Consent Forms page.
Here is what the Consent Forms page looks like with forms that are Done or need to Start.
Step 6 - Enroll in Other Field Trips
Current Enrollments: See what Field Trips your youth are is already enrolled in.
Browse Programs: You will be able to see what upcoming Field Trips you want your youth to enroll in.
Step 7 - Browse Programs and Enroll in Other Field Trips
When you click Browse Programs, you will see our other field trips to enroll your youth in.
This is what you’ll see when you click "Enroll" on a field trip. A drop-down menu will appear, allowing you to select which child you would like to attend the field trip.
Step 8 - How To Check If You Finished Registration
1. Check Current Enrollments
You will see the field trip tile with your kid's name on it like the photo below. This means your kid is signed up for the field trip.
2. Complete Consent Forms
When you complete all the consent forms, you will see them marked as "Done" in green.
Incomplete consent forms will be shown as "Open" in blue. Click "Start" to fill it out.

Step 9 - Look Out for Text and Email Communications
We will send email and text messages to remind you of the upcoming field trip for your kids.
You may receive text messages from 509-787-8870 (Just One's new phone number) or 888-652-9412 (an automated number sent from Hibox)
