Spring Drum Circles

March 11 @ 3:00 pm - May 27 @ 6:00 pm

How to Beat Wednesdays!

What’s the best way for your youths get over Hump Days?

By tuning in to their bodies and souls and joining the Just One drum line…we mean circle.

Just One group drum circles are led by Indigenous woman, Drea Rose, every Wednesday afternoon (depending on the weather) during Spring After School Program.

What is a drum circle?

A drum circle is an informal group of people who gather together to make music with percussion instruments. The main objective is to share rhythm and get in tune with each other and themselves. The purpose can range from simple enjoyment and social connection to therapeutic experience.

What to expect

Drum circles can be exciting spaces that help build community, spur creativity and give the participating drummers experiences they may not soon forget.

What to bring
