This Monday 7/27, join us at Northtown Mall for an action packed movie: MOANA!!

What to Do

• Complete the any necessary waivers (if any): Log in to your HiBox portal where you registered your youth: Sign In – Hibox 

• • Select Browse Programs.
  • Find Movie Day and click Enroll.
  • Choose which youth will be attending.
  • Select Consent Forms and complete the waivers.
    • You will see a blinking red light next to “Action Required” if you still have consent forms to sign
    • When Consent Forms are greyed out, you are done signing forms.

Please don’t worry if you weren’t able to complete these steps. If you signed Just One’s liability waiver and family handbook, you can still come to the field trip, and we’ll help you navigate the online process. Completing it ahead of time simply helps us with attendance and any waivers needed.

When/Where

Drop-Off

Please make sure your youth tells staff at check-in how they will be getting home (picked up by family, walking, riding the city bus, or biking).

 

Time: 12:00PM – 12:30PM

Location: 2nd Floor near the south entrance above Barnes and Noble at Northtown Mall

 

Pick-Up

Youths must check out with staff before leaving.

 

Time: 3:00PM

Location: 2nd Floor food court at Northtown Mall

If you arrive after check-in, please ask the front desk to help locate our group.

Transportation

Families are responsible for arranging transportation to and from Regal Theater at Northtown Mall, whether that is by car, walking, biking, or using the city bus.

Talk with your youth about expectations

Before arriving, please take a few minutes to review the Just One rules and remind your youth about the importance of following staff directions, respecting others, and using equipment safely. Following the rules helps ensure everyone has a fun and safe experience.

 

Movies are always more fun when everyone’s actually watching! Take a few minutes to chat with your child about being ready to sit and enjoy the film, rather than being on a phone. A quick heads-up at home really helps make it a great experience for the whole group.

 

**A couple of house rules for the theater**

– 📵 Phones should be on silent, totally fine to have for emergencies, just not out or in use during the movie.

– 🤫 Movie voices only, let’s be respectful of everyone else watching too.

– 🪑 Kids will be seated together as a group first; parents joining us will be seated nearby afterward if there are open seats.

Leaving Early or Independently?

Please text us to let us know your child has permission to leave on their own after Just One program ends. If a child leaves without prior notice, we’ll text you right away. We’ll always encourage kids to stay with the group for safety, but please know we legally cannot physically restrain any youth from leaving.

📍 Age & Supervision Policy 📍

• Our program is designed for ages 10 and up.
• Ages 8 & 9 may attend only with an older chaperone (an older sibling or trusted adult you designate in Hibox or via text message).
• We’re unable to supervise kids under 8, but we’re happy to welcome them with an adult chaperone you trust.

 

Good to Know

• All activities, field trips, projects, and prizes are completely free.
• During the movie, we’ll provide water, popcorn, and candy.
• Lunch will be provided: Fried rice, noodles, and orange chicken from Panda Express.
• If your youth has dietary restrictions, please pack their own snacks. We get all our snacks donated and have limited availability of options
