Our program is dedicated to supporting at-risk youth\, aiming to make life brighter for those navigating difficult circumstances.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNOTE: All our Just One members with a “parent account” or those who have reached out to us for services will receive priority consideration for this event. Registeration: \n\n\n\nAfter logging into your account and adding all your family youth members\, return to this page to fill out the application below.\nProvide essential details about your family. This information will help us accommodate your children’s wishes.\nDue to the limited availability of gifts\, we appreciate your understanding that there is a cap on the number of families we can serve this year.\nTo ensure equitable distribution\, we will initially focus on serving families in our local 99207 zip code before extending support to surrounding areas.\n\n\n\n      3. Gift Selection: \n\n\n\nOur gifts are donated\, and while we can’t guarantee specific items\, we encourage realistic gift requests. Your child’s preferences\, whether it’s suspenseful books\, superheroes\, Barbie-?\, art materials\, sports\, science\, makeup shades\, or favorite colors\, etc.\, to help us match donated items to your kids’ interests.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nProviding additional details about your family’s preferences\, along with your current circumstances\, enhances our ability to tailor our resources to your wants. Our famous “Projects In A Bag”! \nAll youth who are registered for Just One’s Harvest in a Bag will be put on the delivery list for “Projects in a bag\,”  “Projects in a bag” are just that: projects with instructions and material to do at home\, dropped off on your porch\, as we did during covid-19. If you are not home\, bags will be left on your porch. There will not be a specific time of drop off as staff will have many addresses to deliever to. \nAt Just One\, we believe in coming together to create unique experiences that strengthen our community’s bonds and ease the stress that often accompanies the holiday season. Our projects are a way for families to connect with essential supplies at no cost. We understand that all seasons can bring a mix of joy and worry\, so we’re here to provide a helping hand to bring smiles to your family. \nIt’s an opportunity you won’t want to miss! DESCRIPTION:Summertime is barbecue season and there’s no better way to entertain in the summer months than a casual get-together involving BBQ!\nWe invite all participants and their families to ride the summer fiesta train this summer. Every Friday we will have a free BBQ\, games\, and treats for all those who attend this fun\, casual\, easy-going\, and laid back atmosphere. We’re thrilled to have a professional rollerblader joining us on Fridays\, so don’t miss out on the chance to bring your skates and safety equipment with you. This is the perfect opportunity to show off your skating skills! \n\n\nFirst\, make sure to make a parent account as discussed above.\n\n\nSecond\, register your youth under“Register For Summer Fun With Just One.”\n\n\nDrop-off is at 12 pm\n\n\nPick-up is at 3 pm\n\n\n\n\nLunch and snacks will be provided\n\n\n\n\nTransportation is is not provided\n\n\nBack Up Plan:\nIndoor activities\, or our famous “Projects in a Bag” will be provided in the event of bad weather. \nWhat is “Projects In A Bag”? \nAll youth who register for Just One’s Summer Programs will be put on the delivery list for “Projects in a bag”.   “Projects in a bag” are just that: projects with instructions and material to do at home. The bag will be dropped off  on your porch\, similar to what we did during covid-19. \nBags will be dropped off on your porch even if you are not home. Discover the breathtaking beauty of nature as you zip from tree to tree. Feel the rush of adrenaline as you glide through the air\, witnessing stunning panoramic views along the way. Create unforgettable memories with friends and staff in a safe and supervised environment. \nWe will meet at Glass Park and from there Excelsior will provided transportation with Just One staff to Excelsior located at 3754 W Indian Trail Rd\, Spokane\, WA 99208.  \nTo participate in this event\, please ensure you sign the Excelsior waiver beforehand\, as it is a separate document from Just One’s waiver. This field trip is organized in collaboration with Excelsior! \nWaiver \nThere will be a oportunity to sign waiver when dropping or picking up your youth or a copy can be send home for youth to bring back. \nExcelsior general rules for participating on the Zip Ling course: \n\nClosed toed shoes\nNo hanging jewelry\, baggy clothes and hair needs to be tied back (don’t want anything getting stuck in the zipline trolly!)\nHave fun and be safe!\n\nTo register: \n\n\nFirst\, make sure to make a parent account as discussed above.\n\n\nSecond\, register your youth under“Register For Summer Fun With Just One.”\n\n\nDrop-off is at 12 pm\n\n\nPick-up is at 3 pm\n\n\nPlease note that if your youth is not at Glass Park by 12:30 pm; then we will have to leave without them.
