DESCRIPTION:Summertime is barbecue season and there’s no better way to entertain in the summer months than a casual get-together involving BBQ!\nWe invite all participants and their families to ride the summer fiesta train this summer. Every Friday we will have a free BBQ\, games\, and treats for all those who attend this fun\, casual\, easy-going\, and laid back atmosphere. We’re thrilled to have a professional rollerblader joining us on Fridays\, so don’t miss out on the chance to bring your skates and safety equipment with you. This is the perfect opportunity to show off your skating skills! \n\n\nFirst\, make sure to make a parent account as discussed above.\n\n\nSecond\, register your youth under“Register For Summer Fun With Just One.”\n\n\nDrop-off is at 12 pm\n\n\nPick-up is at 3 pm\n\n\n\n\nLunch and snacks will be provided\n\n\n\n\nTransportation is is not provided\n\n\nBack Up Plan:\nIndoor activities\, or our famous “Projects in a Bag” will be provided in the event of bad weather. \nWhat is “Projects In A Bag”? \nAll youth who register for Just One’s Summer Programs will be put on the delivery list for “Projects in a bag”.   “Projects in a bag” are just that: projects with instructions and material to do at home. The bag will be dropped off  on your porch\, similar to what we did during covid-19. \nBags will be dropped off on your porch even if you are not home. We cannot guarantee when the bags will be dropped off  off because our staff puts the bags together that morning\, plans their routes\, split up\, and will make the deliveries that evening. \nTransportation for special needs accommodations:\n\nAre limited\, we ask for you to let us know ahead of time if needed! DESCRIPTION:Empowering the next generation of teens!\nIf you’re a teenager looking to build your own startup idea\, Slingshot is the perfect resource to help youth achieve that goal. Just One is partnering with Slingshot for a career oriented program that on this week we will take youth to visit local business to help inspire youth with the opportunity to navigate their interests after high school. Plus youth can earn money by learning about it! If you attend one event you will win a $25 gift card and if you come both times you will get a $50 gift card! \n\nSlingshot has awesome and exclusive funding plus mentorship to jumpstart youths startup ideas!\n\n\nYouth will meet up at Glass Park and from there take a short walk to Just One Community Center one black away!\n\n\nEach youth that attends will recieve a gift card at the end of the day!\n\n\n\nFirst\, make sure to make a parent account as discussed above.\n\n\nSecond\,  register your youth under“Register For Summer Fun With Just One.”\n\n\nDrop-off is at 12 pm\n\n\nPick-up is at 3 pm\n\n\nPlease note that if your youth is not at Glass Park by 12:30 pm; then we will have to leave without them.
