We’re grateful for the partnerships that make this experience possible! \nWhat to Do\nIf you’re registered for “Just One Registration and Liability Forms” and signed the consent forms\, you are good to go!\nIf not\, please see instructions below:\nLog in to your HiBox portal where you registered your youth: Sign In – Hibox  \n\nA pop up will appear and show you what forms you still need to fill out.\n\nClick on those forms to complete them for each youth\n\n\nSelect “Browse Programs” at the top.\n\nFind “Just One Registration and Liability Forms” and click Enroll.\nChoose which youth will be attending.\nSelect Consent Forms and complete the waivers.\n\n\nHow to know if you’re done signing consent forms\n\nYou will see a blinking red light if you still have consent forms to sign\nWhen Consent Forms are greyed out\, you are done signing forms.\n\n\n\nFor more help on Hibox\, visit our tutorial page: https://justonespokane.org/hibox/ \nPlease don’t worry if you weren’t able to complete these steps. Heroy Ave. and N. Cincinnati St. between 12:00 PM and 12:45 PM\, as the last shuttle will leave promptly at 12:45 PM. The shuttle will return all youth to Glass Park around 3:00PM – 3:30PM. \nExpectations\n🎒What to Bring/Wear\n\nSocks\nBike helmets for protection are encouraged\nJacket/long sleeves and pants \nIce Skates (optional)\n\nTalk with your youth about expectations\nBefore arriving\, please take a few minutes to review the Just One rules and remind your youth about the importance of following staff directions\, respecting others\, and using equipment safely. Following the rules helps ensure everyone has a fun and safe experience. \nLeaving Early or Independently?\nPlease text us to let us know your child has permission to leave after Just One program ends. If a child leaves without prior notice\, we’ll text you right away. We’ll always encourage kids to stay with the group for safety\, but please know we legally cannot physically restrain any youth from leaving. \nJust One cell phone: (509) 787-8870 \n📍 Age & Supervision Policy 📍\n\nOur program is designed for ages 10 and up.\nAges 8 & 9 may attend only with an older chaperone (an older sibling or trusted adult you designate in Hibox or via text message).\nWe’re unable to supervise kids under 8\, but we’re happy to welcome them with an adult chaperone you trust.\n\nGood to Know\n\nAll activities\, field trips\, projects\, and prizes are completely free.\nLunch will be provided at Glass Park from 12:00PM – 12:30PM: Costco Pizza – Cheese and pepperoni\nIf your youth has dietary restrictions\, please pack their own snacks. SUMMARY:Summer Break
DESCRIPTION:Our summer program has sadly come to a close and we are taking a short break to get ready for Fall after school program in October and our new Youth Action Council (YAC). \nIn the YAC\, youths will get hand-on experience with civic and voter engagement and learn ways to be a part of the change we want to see for our community. Applications are due 8/30 and youths can earn up to $50/meeting if they are accepted into the cohort.
