DESCRIPTION:How to Beat Wednesdays!\nWhat’s the best way for your youths get over Hump Days? \nBy tuning in to their bodies and souls and joining the Just One drum line…we mean circle. \nJust One group drum circles are led by Indigenous woman\, Drea Rose\, every Wednesday afternoon (depending on the weather) during Spring After School Program. \n \nWhat is a drum circle?\nA drum circle is an informal group of people who gather together to make music with percussion instruments. The main objective is to share rhythm and get in tune with each other and themselves.
