Movie title to be announced! \nWhat to Do\n\nComplete the any necessary waivers (if any): Log in to your HiBox portal where you registered your youth: Sign In – Hibox \n\n\n\n\nSelect Browse Programs.\nFind Movie Day and click Enroll.\nChoose which youth will be attending.\nSelect Consent Forms and complete the waivers.\n\nYou will see a blinking red light next to “Action Required” if you still have consent forms to sign\nWhen Consent Forms are greyed out\, you are done signing forms.\n\n\n\n\nFor more help on Hibox\, visit our tutorial page: https://justonespokane.org/hibox/\n\nPlease don’t worry if you weren’t able to complete these steps. If you signed Just One’s liability waiver and family handbook\, you can still come to the field trip\, and we’ll help you navigate the online process. Following the rules helps ensure everyone has a fun and safe experience. \n  \nMovies are always more fun when everyone’s actually watching! Take a few minutes to chat with your child about being ready to sit and enjoy the film\, rather than being on a phone. A quick heads-up at home really helps make it a great experience for the whole group. \n  \n**A couple of house rules for the theater** \n– 📵 Phones should be on silent\, totally fine to have for emergencies\, just not out or in use during the movie. \n– 🤫 Movie voices only\, let’s be respectful of everyone else watching too. \n– 🪑 Kids will be seated together as a group first; parents joining us will be seated nearby afterward if there are open seats. \nLeaving Early or Independently?\nPlease text us to let us know your child has permission to leave on their own after Just One program ends. If a child leaves without prior notice\, we’ll text you right away. We’ll always encourage kids to stay with the group for safety\, but please know we legally cannot physically restrain any youth from leaving. \n  \nJust One cell phone: (509) 787-8870 \n📍 Age & Supervision Policy 📍\n\nOur program is designed for ages 10 and up.\nAges 8 & 9 may attend only with an older chaperone (an older sibling or trusted adult you designate in Hibox or via text message).\nWe’re unable to supervise kids under 8\, but we’re happy to welcome them with an adult chaperone you trust.\n\n  \nGood to Know\n\nAll activities\, field trips\, projects\, and prizes are completely free.\nDuring the movie\, we’ll provide water\, popcorn\, and candy.\nLunch will be provided: Fried rice\, noodles\, and orange chicken from Panda Express.\nIf your youth has dietary restrictions\, please pack their own snacks. We’re grateful for the partnerships that make this experience possible! \nDETAILS:\nWHEN (*Early check-in time): Wednesday\, July 29\, 11:30am – 3:00pm\nYOUTH CHECK-IN: 11:30am – 12:00pm at Glass Park OR Splash Down\nWHERE: Glass Park South East corner OR Splash Down trees just north of the parking lot\nWHAT TO BRING: Swimsuit\, towel\, sunscreen\, extra money for Splash Down snack shack or lockers \nIMPORTANT NOTES:\n\nWAIVERS: Splash Down liability waivers must be signed before entering.
